About The Position
Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri – Primrose is opening its newest residential treatment facility in Saint Robert, Missouri, and is seeking compassionate, dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to change the trajectory of a young person's life by providing specialized psychiatric and residential treatment services. The facility serves adolescents in a safe, structured residential setting focused on evidence-based treatment, compassionate care, and long-term success. Requirements
- Active Missouri Licensed Practice Nurse (PN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
Nice To Haves
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
- Pediatric or adolescent nursing experience
- Residential treatment or inpatient psychiatric experience
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting.
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to the treatment team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed treatment environment.
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Mentor and support fellow nursing team members while contributing to a positive team culture.
- Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality care.
