That’s why our qualified staff of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Health Aide (LHA), Attendant Care, Home Health Aide (HHA), and Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) are given the training and resources they need to handle every home healthcare situation with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
  • Current BLS

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
  • Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Empower patients and families: Educate patients and their families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, thereby fostering a deeper understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
