About The Position

This role involves private duty nursing, which means working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client for the entire shift. Nurses will work with local clients, resulting in short commutes. Common diagnoses that BAYADA Skilled Nurses work with include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. The LPN pay range is $28-32, including overnight differentials. BAYADA offers 24/7 managerial support, a compliance hotline, one-to-one client care, and weekly paychecks. They also provide flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Compliance with all state/local mandates as an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Provide full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) of private duty nursing care for one client per shift.
• Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
• Provide one-to-one client care.
• Offer 24/7 managerial support and utilize the compliance hotline.
