We currently have an opportunity for Home Care Worker to join our Murray Region team based in Albury/Wodonga.

Requirements

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
• Registered and insured vehicle
• Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence in using technology
• Current and valid Australian working rights
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks (National Police Check, references, qualification verification)
• Compliance with UPA’s Immunisation and Vaccination Policy

Nice To Haves

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised care using a person-centred approach as per client care plans
• Assist with personal care, medications, transport, and respite services
• Provide everyday living support such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, and meal preparation
• Complete accurate and timely reporting of client services
• Identify and report client risks via our incident management system
