Responsibilities

- Monitor clients’ health and well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals as needed.
