About The Position
BAYADA is hiring compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one pediatric home care in Burlington and surrounding communities in North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad. Nurses serve clients in a range of acuity levels and receive support from a dedicated clinical team. The role offers flexible scheduling, daytime, evening, and overnight shifts, and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shift options. No weekend requirement is stated. BAYADA provides efficient onboarding tailored to availability, personalized paid training including award-winning simulation labs, skill-building for a range of clients and acuity levels, 24/7 clinical support and mentorship, and electronic charting through Statewise. The role is offered as full-time, part-time, or PRN.
Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one pediatric home care to clients.
- Deliver care to clients across a range of acuity levels.
- Document care using the Statewise electronic charting system.
