About The Position
Woodbury Estates, a Lifespark Senior Living Community in Woodbury, Minnesota, is seeking an LPN to provide and coordinate nursing care and services for residents and tenants. Under the direction of the Director of Health Services, the nurse ensures care is consistent with individual care plans, company standards, and regulatory requirements. The role is part-time, with an available morning shift from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and pays $28–$33 per hour.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid state licensure as an LPN.
- Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Advanced computer skills, including email use.

- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
- Take responsibility for and ensure proper completion and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.
- Support the Director of Health Services in preparing a written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident and tenant population.
- Coordinate and evaluate nursing care and services provided to residents and tenants in accordance with individual care plans and company and regulatory standards.
