About The Position
Join our Benedictine team as an LPN (Float) and have the opportunity to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents. As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region. Benedictine and our Ministry partners are a not for profit senior care organization founded by the sisters of St. Scholastica that operates on four core values: Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. Requirements
- Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.
- Responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
- Utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
- Required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
