About The Position
Join our Benedictine team as a CNA-NAR (Float) and operate on the front lines, ensuring our residents are treated with dignity, respect, and choices within their lives. This role requires the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct resident care.
- Reports condition changes to RN or LPN.
- Charts in POC system.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
