LPN, EMT, MA, ATC - Orthopedic Urgent Care

About The Position

TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care is seeking a LPN/MA/EMT/ATC to work in our fast-paced environment. Patients range from children to elderly patients with a wide range of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care is open 7 days per week 8-8 and closed all major holidays. The position will work 12-hour shifts with a weekend rotation. Utilizing broad-based skills in basic patient care, ancillary services, and business office practices, aids providers in accordance with PNHS standard and policies.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
Must maintain a current state license of practical nursing.
Graduate from a Medical Assisting program accredited by “The Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
Graduate of an accredited EMT program and current MN EMT License.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required.
Current license with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice required.
NATA member in good standing.
Must have a valid NPI number.
Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required and maintained.
On-line BLS certification is not acceptable.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of nursing experience is desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
One or more years of experience desirable (preferably in a related field of medicine).
Master’s degree preferred.
