The LPN Dispensing Nurse will work in an Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). This role is instrumental in patient treatment and recovery from opioid use disorder. The LPN provides high quality, safe and efficient dispensing of doses of medication to patients under the direction of the Medical Director or Physician. The LPN is responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of the patient's symptoms, responses and progress. This is a lower stress environment with no heavy lifting or bedside care, stable shifts, and paid training.
