About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced LPN – Dialysis to provide high-quality care for chronic outpatient and acute dialysis patients. The ideal candidate will have strong dialysis experience, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to float between dialysis locations as needed.

Requirements

• Active LPN License required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Dialysis experience required
• Chronic Outpatient Dialysis experience required
• Acute Dialysis experience required
• Strong knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient and acute dialysis settings
• Perform dialysis treatments and monitor patient response
• Cannulate AV fistulas and AV grafts
• Administer blood and blood products as required
• Monitor dialysis equipment and respond to alarms appropriately
• Perform blood glucose monitoring and patient assessments
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards
• Recognize and respond to dialysis-related complications and emergencies
• Document treatments and patient progress accurately
• Float to other dialysis locations based on facility needs
