About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is hiring registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes throughout East, Middle, and West Tennessee. The role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with a supportive clinical team while helping patients live comfortably at home.

Requirements

• For the LPN role: LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited college of nursing, with current unrestricted registration and a license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance.
• Professional CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care according to the client's plan of care while maintaining the client's dignity and independence.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed under the plan of care, and assess and report results.
• Accurately document care provided, communications, progress, and outcomes for established goals.
• Inform the physician, case manager, and family of changes in the client's medical condition and needs.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are available.
• Ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions.
