About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) supports specialty clinic operations by assisting with patient care, clinical coordination, and administrative tasks. This role involves direct patient interaction, technical clinical support, and accurate documentation. Requirements

Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Current Minnesota licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Three to six months of related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

Assists providers with Spine procedures by preparing the exam room, setting up necessary instruments and supplies, and maintaining sterile or clean technique as appropriate.
Orders Spine clinic supplies.
Stocks and maintains Spine supplies, ensuring exam rooms and procedure areas are adequately equipped and restocked according to established standards.
Ensures proper cleaning, turnover, and readiness of Spine equipment and instruments.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of Spine anatomy.
Provides in Basket support for patient calls under direction of Spine RN.
