About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient clinic setting supporting multiple service lines including Family Practice, Behavioral Health, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, patient-focused, and comfortable floating across clinic locations as needed.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LPN license
- Prior outpatient/clinic experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health, or similar settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical environment
- Assist physicians and clinical staff during patient examinations and procedures
- Accurately document patient histories, vitals, and clinical information
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers
- Support daily clinic operations and care coordination workflows
- Float between affiliated clinic locations as required
