About The Position

This role is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Primary Care clinic setting. The LPN will be responsible for facilitating holistic patient assessments, delivering clinical treatments and medications, performing diagnostic lab tests, and educating patients and families. The goal is to ensure effective care plans, patient safety, and successful recovery.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Must be willing to work Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm

Facilitate holistic patient assessments to identify immediate needs and ensure a personalized, effective care plan is established from the start.
Deliver precise clinical treatments and medications, vigilantly monitoring for adverse reactions to guarantee patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.
Perform essential diagnostic lab tests and therapeutic services that provide the clinical team with the critical data needed for timely medical decisions.
Empower patients and families through education, translating complex treatment plans into clear self-care instructions to ensure a successful recovery after discharge.
