About The Position

Columbia Cottage in Palmyra, PA is looking to hire an LPN Charge Nurse to help direct patient care for our assisted living facility. This nursing position earns a competitive wage starting at $32.00/hour, depending on education and experience. We provide amazing benefits and perks for full-time positions including medical, dental, and vision on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, eligibility for vacation benefits, double time for working holidays, and earned wage access. In addition, for our full-time and part-time employees, we match 20% of the first 6% contributed for 401(k). As an LPN Charge Nurse, you oversee the daily operations of the medical staff at our assisted living residence to ensure high-quality care. Under the direction of a physician, you provide compassionate and comprehensive medical care for our elderly residents. You assess residents who come in for treatment and diligently document any changes in their condition along with their overall progress. Using your excellent communication skills, you follow up with residents and their families about any concerns or desired treatment plans. When needed, you are happy to help out your fellow nurses with their duties as well. You feel fulfilled by providing our elderly residents with top-notch medical care that improves their health and quality of life!

Requirements

  • LPN license
  • First Aid certification
  • Heart for working with senior residents
