About The Position

Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring a Full-time LPN Charge Nurse for the 6pm-6am shift, with rotating weekends. The facility prides itself on working together to provide patient-centered care to its residents and is looking to expand its team to ensure the highest level of care. Requirements

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in CO
• Experience as a Charge Nurse, 1-3 years

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing functions provided in the facility in accordance with specified duties or as directed
