LPN Charge Nurse - PRN
About The Position
Eatonton Health & Rehab is hiring a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being, oversee CNA care, and ensure care is delivered according to care plans and applicable clinical and regulatory standards. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required. The position pays $28.49 to $31.40, with evening, night, and weekend shift differentials and management add-on pay. Pay is weekly. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility for one.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
