About The Position

This position is responsible for overseeing the unit as a Charge Nurse and providing nursing care to patients/residents during the shift. The LPN will serve as a resource to staff when needed and maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objectives of the facility and be in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the facility’s administration and governing body.

Requirements

• Must have a current Licensed Practical Nursing license in the state of Virginia.
• CPR certification required upon hire or willing to obtain.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working as a Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience working in a long-term care setting a plus.
