About The Position
Azalea Health & Rehab is seeking a part-time LPN Charge Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and supervises and supports CNAs in delivering quality care. The position is offered on 7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts, with a starting pay range of $28.49–$31.40 per hour. Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials and management add-on pay are offered. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
- Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliability and commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
