About The Position

Riverside Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care to residents. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being and ensure care is delivered in accordance with care plans and clinical and regulatory standards. The position includes supervising and supporting CNAs and communicating with residents, families, and team members. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

The posting lists pay of $30.40 to $33.57, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligibility for one.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
