FT DAYS LPN Cardiac Telemetry- St. Peter's Hospital. You will assist in delivering care, including assessing needs, planning and meetings the needs of patients in the Medical Surgical unit. Requirements
- Current NYS LPN license
- BLS
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, physicians and coworkers
Responsibilities
- Facilitate patient care with the care team
- Maintain Patient Safety and clean, safe environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Promotes and supports an organized work environment
- Under the supervision of the RN provides quality nursing care focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience
