You’ll also put Lean Portfolio Management principles into practice by translating IT and business strategies into actionable portfolios and initiatives. Working across teams, you’ll prioritize initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, proactively address risks and dependencies, and partner with Value Stream Owners and business architecture teams to integrate IT value streams into enterprise roadmaps. You’ll help optimize agile tooling, promote consistent best practices, facilitate strategic conversations with IT and business leaders, and continuously improve LPM processes.
