In this role, you will help deliver high-quality counseling services while supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic care. You will play an important part in creating a consistent, supportive experience for clients and in contributing to strong clinical outcomes through collaboration and evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Active Texas LPC-Associate license.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred.
- Exposure to conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to support client outcomes
