About The Position

CWILL is a post-purchase and retention suite for Shopify brands. The Loyalty & Referrals product helps merchants reward repeat customers through points, VIP tiers, and referral programs. As an R&D Trainee, you will take ownership of production bug fixes and data support for customers, including enterprise customers, while learning CWILL’s systems and developing into a full-stack engineer. The role is based in Cary, North Carolina, and uses a hybrid remote working setting. Relocation is required if needed because CWILL is unable to hire in other states. You will investigate and resolve frontend and backend customer issues, prioritize enterprise production problems, and build product and experience improvements from development through testing and release. You will also work with support and product teams to reproduce problems, provide data corrections or workarounds, and contribute to technical requirements reviews.
