About The Position

Madewell is looking for a Loyalty & Lifecycle Program Manager to build an industry-leading omnichannel member experience that deepens customers' emotional connection to the brand. Reporting to the Sr Manager of Loyalty, this role will spend approximately 60% of their time on the lnsider program, managing design, annual/seasonal strategy, and day-to-day loyalty campaigns. This role will spend 40% of their time working with the Director of Lifecycle to develop, implement and optimize Lifecycle a multichannel lifecycle program for the Madewell brand. Responsibilities

Manage design, annual/seasonal strategy, and day-to-day loyalty campaigns for the lnsider program (60% of time).
Develop, implement, and optimize a multichannel lifecycle program for the Madewell brand (40% of time).
