About The Position

At Toyota of Cool Springs, we believe buying and servicing a vehicle should feel different — more personal, more enjoyable, and more relationship-driven than the traditional dealership experience. We are looking for an upbeat, hospitality-driven Loyalty Ambassador to help grow our Vehicle Upgrade Department by building relationships with customers visiting our service department each day. This is not a high-pressure sales role. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, creating conversations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities to help customers upgrade into newer vehicles when it makes sense for them. You’ll work closely with our Customer Relations Director, service advisors, and sales team to create a seamless ownership experience for our customers. Requirements

  • Automotive experience is helpful but not required
  • Backgrounds that tend to do well in this role: Hospitality, Retail, Customer service, BDC/customer relations, Service advising, Sales, Hotel or luxury experience

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers in the service drive and waiting areas
  • Help identify customers who may benefit from upgrading or trading their vehicle
  • Assist customers through the vehicle upgrade process
  • Coordinate with service advisors and sales staff to create opportunities
  • Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Schedule appointments and maintain customer communication
  • Work inside CRM and customer databases to track opportunities
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to previous customers
  • Help create a welcoming, hospitality-focused customer experience
  • Maintain organization and follow-up throughout the customer journey
