Richmond Hill Toyota is seeking a Loyalty Advisor to join their Service Drive Exchange Program. This role involves engaging existing service customers within the Service Drive to facilitate a vehicle exchange process. The Loyalty Advisor will provide complimentary vehicle appraisals, identify equity and upgrade opportunities, and present options to customers while they are at the dealership for service. This is a customer retention position focused on relationship-building, data-driven insights, and consultative conversations, rather than traditional high-pressure sales. The Loyalty Advisor is part of the Loyalty Team, reporting to the Used Vehicle Department, and contributes to customer retention, increased trade volume, and used vehicle acquisition. The role is designed to be non-disruptive to Service operations, ensuring a positive Customer Experience, Service Productivity, and Dealership Reputation.
