The COMET contract provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center (KSC) in Florida. These tasks will support the International Space Station, Ground Systems Development and Operations, and the Space Launch System, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle, and Launch Services programs. Activities include updating and creating software scripts to provide propellant to SLS Liquid Oxygen system (Core Stage and Upper Stage). Must demonstrate ability to write scripts to test Liquid Oxygen System ground support equipment hardware. Must be able to write non-conformances and troubleshoot issues with code in partnership with Liquid Oxygen System hardware engineers, original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and NASA customer. This is a workforce planning requisition, we will be considering candidates at all levels for contingent and funded openings.
