• Uphold Biblical priorities through a growing personal relationship with Jesus.
• Become an active member of FB Concord or be an active member of a like-minded bible teaching church
• Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
• Encompass the qualities and characteristics of Concord staff members as outlined in our Staff Values.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Teaching Experience preferred
• 1stAid/CPR certification preferred – able to obtain upon hire

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparation of curriculum supplies, student testing and class or student support
• Support appropriate and effective classroom management procedures
• Develop a rapport with students that motivates and fosters enthusiasm for learning
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve grade-level and school goals
• Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
• Work with Lower School Principal to ensure smooth running of the program
• Work to ensure that confidentiality is maintained by faculty and staff as it pertains to student discipline, academic struggles or staff issues
• Participate in other CCS events as assigned or requested by Principal or HOS
