About The Position

Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a qualified Lower School Latin Teacher for the Peninsula Campus for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time position. Applicants must have a vibrant Christian testimony, a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, and fully support the school’s Statement of Faith. A passion for and academic strength in Latin, a commitment to lifelong learning, and a love for children are essential. The ideal candidate will understand and be enthusiastic about the classical Christian education tradition. All employees are expected to conduct themselves with Christ-like professional behavior, demonstrate mastery of the material, instruct clearly with timely feedback, utilize the classical methodology, foster a nurturing classroom culture of joyful learning and order, communicate regularly with parents, and lead a co-curricular activity. Heritage Classical Academy is a preschool through high school classical Christian school in Northeast Ohio, dedicated to cultivating lifelong learners who think and live for Christ by partnering with parents to develop students who value truth, beauty, and goodness in Jesus and the world.
