About The Position

California Montessori Project (CMP) is a public charter school network in the greater Sacramento area offering a tuition-free TK-8 Montessori program. Serving over 3,000 students across seven campuses, CMP collaborates with four school districts. CMP supports its teachers in obtaining dual certification: a Montessori certification from an AMS-accredited training center and a California state credential. The school network is guided by a stable Leadership Team, including the Governing Board, Directors, Principals, and Deans. CMP's commitment to equity and student success is reinforced by its adoption of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) frameworks, which promote sustainable systems and whole-child development. The mission of CMP is to provide a quality, tuition-free, TK-8 Montessori education that challenges students to reach their full potential.
