See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : As part of the talented Lowe Boats team as an Assembler, you will assemble aluminum boats and / or sub-assemblies, partially or completely, working at bench, or in a boat, or on shop floor. At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver. Essential Functions : Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or following blueprints. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners. Using jigs, and gluing. Removes small quantities of metal with hand files and shears to produce close fit between parts. Operates drill presses, punch presses, air tools or riveting machines to assist in assembly operation. Installs seats, bases, pedestals, consoles, cables, controls, graphics, etc. Responsible for following the quality systems procedures. Other duties as assigned Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.

Requirements

  • Self starter, team player with a good safety awareness
  • Requires standing, bending and twisting for a 10-hour shift

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in boat assembly preferred
