About The Position

We are looking for a talented Low Volume Flywheels - 3rd Shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Strengthen workplace safety by actively identifying hazards, stopping unsafe work, and modeling consistent use of protective equipment. Protect Team well-being through timely reporting of incidents and promoting a culture where coworkers look out for one another. Improve product quality by following standard work, raising concerns early, and supporting inspection activities that prevent defects and reduce cost. Keep production flowing by reliably performing assigned tasks, demonstrating core work skills, and adapting to changing manufacturing needs. Advance continuous improvement by contributing ideas that enhance safety, quality, process efficiency, and material flow. Maintain a clean, organized environment that supports productivity, reduces risk, and preserves company resources. Build a stronger team through clear communication, collaboration with peers and support groups, and active participation in training. Support long‑term operational excellence by learning and applying the Cummins Operating System (COS) and embracing opportunities for personal development.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Minimal or no work experience required.
