About The Position
We are searching for reliable, self-starter individuals who can handle a variety of local low-voltage electrical service calls, installs, roll-outs, etc on a 1099 hourly basis. This is a long-term position with pay depending upon experience, ranging from $25-$35 per hour. You will be asked to travel up to 60 miles with travel pay included.
Requirements
- Must have your transportation
- Must have a smartphone
- Must have a laptop & hand tools (level one cable tester, punch down tool, crimps, drill set, butt set, glow rods, etc)
Nice To Haves
- Fiber experience
- Access control experience
- Security experience
- LEC and ISP retired techs
Responsibilities
- Completing work orders performing trouble tickets, rollouts, and installations
- Cable pulls
- POS system installs
- Phone system installs
- Circuit turns up
- Surveys
- A variety of technically oriented duties
