About The Position

The Low Voltage Installer will install CCTV and access-control hardware at different jobsites each day. Technicians meet their lead at the office and travel together in a company vehicle. They may work with different teams and report to different leads depending on their assigned project. Work hours vary by project but are generally 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; overtime is common. The schedule is Monday through Friday. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Frederick, Maryland, and is fully onsite.

Requirements

• Installation experience and skills.
• Experience with CCTV installation.
• Low-voltage wiring skills.
• Experience with Cat5 or Cat6 cabling.
• Experience with access-control installation.

Responsibilities

• Install CCTV hardware.
• Install access-control hardware.
• Run low-voltage wiring, including Cat5 and Cat6 cabling.
• Travel with the assigned lead in a company vehicle to project jobsites.
