About The Position

This role involves working with other installers and independently to complete installations and provide assistance with service calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, task-driven, and able to apply 'best practices' theory. The ability to use hand and power tools is essential, and some travel is required.

Requirements

Experience working with various cables including cat5e, cat6e, coax, 22/2, 22/4, 16/4, 16/2.
Experience in running, pulling, terminating, testing and labeling cables.
Experience with residential low voltage rough-in's and trim-out's.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong organization and time management skills with an ability to understand priorities and work efficiently with little to no supervision.
1-3 years experience in structure wiring: cabling, terminations, testing.
Experience in security systems: wiring, setup, programming, troubleshooting, setup monitoring services (Honeywell, DSC).
Experience in CCTV systems: wiring, design, setup, troubleshooting.
Experience installing A/V equipment.
Clean driving record.
Pass a background check.
Pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

Complete installs and service calls assistance, working both independently and with other installers.
Apply 'best practices' theory.
Use hand and power tools.
Travel as required.
