About The Position
We are seeking an expert Low-Code Developer with extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform environment. The role involves developing solutions, particularly migrating existing applications and solutions to the Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL Technologies, writing TSQL queries, and possess robust application architecture, design, and development skills. A deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure services, and related low-code capabilities is essential. The role requires the ability to build scalable applications, automate business processes, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, with experience in deploying solutions and working within Power Platform Environments.
Requirements
- Expert in the Microsoft Power Platform environment developing solutions, particularly migrating exiting apps/solutions to the Power Platform.
- Experience in MS SQL Technologies writing TSQL queries (Select, Insert, Delete, etc.).
- Strong application architecture, design, and development skills.
- Strong grasp of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure services, and related low‑code capabilities.
- Skill in building scalable apps, automating business processes, and solving problems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform Environments.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Technologies and TSQL.

- Planning skills, including scope and development timeline estimating.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Design, write, deploy and maintain a Low Code Web application and future projects.
- Contribute to design and planning sessions and formulate approaches for current coding tasks.
- Perform end‑to‑end solution delivery, including the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of Power Platform applications.
- Develop business requirements and prepare change management documentation.
- Coordinate solution release schedules and provide testing and training support.
- Work closely with a technical lead and participate in discussions throughout the development lifecycle.
- Design and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing low‑code applications and workflows.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues within Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams, analysts, and other developers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders on Power Platform capabilities.
- Report on project statuses and solution progress to senior team members.
- Partner with management and business users to translate requirements into user stories and solution designs.
- Prototype, refine, test, and troubleshoot applications and automated processes to meet business needs.
- Analyze, define, and document requirements related to data models, workflows, system integration, and business processes.
