Position Overview As a Love Encore Delivery Specialist, you will be the dealership’s technology ambassador and customer experience expert. You’ll provide personalized, one-on-one follow-up appointments for new Subaru owners, ensuring they fully understand and enjoy the advanced features and safety technologies in their vehicles.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for customer service and technology
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn and explain vehicle features and digital tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive, tech support, or customer service experience preferred
college degree a plus

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct Love Encore Delivery appointments with recent Subaru buyers (14–60 days post-purchase)
Demonstrate and explain Subaru technologies, including EyeSight®, STARLINK®, navigation, Bluetooth, and safety features
Personalize tutorials based on each customer’s needs and questions
Assist customers with smartphone integration, app setup, and vehicle customization
Provide ongoing support and serve as a technology resource for customers and dealership staff
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and complete Subaru certification as required
Track completed appointments and ensure timely follow-up
Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless ownership experience
