About The Position

Brotherly Love is an exciting new concept located inside The Warehouse Food Hall, offering a taste of Philadelphia with traditional cheesesteaks made with quality ingredients and timeless flavor. We are hiring crew members to work in a fast-paced, fun environment with no late nights. We are looking for individuals who are ready to join a team that pushes boundaries and values hard work every day.

Requirements

Basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer).
Legible handwriting.
Strong customer service and oral communication skills.
U.S. Work Authorization.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of Kitchen experience.

Responsibilities

Serve customers with consistency and quality food.
Work as a team to create a memorable dining experience.
Know and understand every item on the menu (including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules).
Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate.
Time orders to get every ticket out in an appropriate amount of time.
Stay focused on designated tasks during prime service hours.
Communicate consistently with co-workers.
Assist with prepping and getting ready for service.
Keep work station clean and stocked.
Practice safe knife handling.
Assist in putting away deliveries when help is needed.
