About The Position

Petal Animal Clinic is seeking a Love at First Sight (LAFS) Team Member with exceptional people skills to join their team. This full-time role plays a crucial part in welcoming new pet owners and delivering an outstanding client experience from day one. The LAFS Team Member will help maintain excellence in pet healthcare and customer service by providing accurate information and answering questions about puppies in the center, accurately completing LAFS patient records, learning and using Cornerstone veterinary software for invoicing, collaborating respectfully with veterinary team members to ensure an exceptional client experience, keeping the Love at First Sight area organized, clean, and welcoming, educating clients about clinic services and products according to standards, and providing exceptional daily care to the puppies in the center.

Able to work the following schedule: Shifts are 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Work Monday - Tuesday, Off Wednesday - Thursday, Work Friday - Sunday, Off Monday - Tuesday, Work Wednesday- Thursday, Off Friday - Sunday
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and move frequently between sitting and standing
Reliable internet access for schedule and internal communication
Career-minded interest in long-term growth in veterinary customer service
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future
Dependability and flexibility are essential
