About The Position

At Bruegger’s, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 Years! We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, setting us apart with their personalities and promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience. They take pride in providing excellent guest service, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. As a Team Member, there is an opportunity for career growth, as many General Managers started in this role.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
