About The Position

Embark on a rewarding journey with our team as a Lounge Server, where you'll create a welcoming and elevated experience for guests enjoying handcrafted cocktails, light bites, and conversation before dinner or throughout the day. In this fast-paced role, you'll deliver warm, attentive service while upholding the luxury standards of Bishop's Lodge. Create a relaxed yet refined guest experience by serving handcrafted cocktails, wine, beer, and appetizers with efficiency and genuine hospitality. Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable menu and beverage recommendations, and ensure every interaction is warm, engaging, and personalized. Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system, deliver food and beverages promptly, and process payments with attention to detail. Work collaboratively with bartenders, culinary, and fellow team members to maintain smooth service during high-volume periods. Keep the lounge clean, organized, and inviting while maintaining Auberge Resorts Collection service standards and safe food handling practices. Thoughtfully recommend menu items and specialty beverages to enhance the guest experience while supporting outlet revenue goals. Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a casual, social atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
  • Must meet the minimum legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to provide warm, attentive service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required state and local certifications, including Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications.
