About The Position

The Pennsylvania Lottery is seeking an experienced, energetic sales professional to serve a specific sales territory within the Philadelphia County area. This role allows you to connect with store owners, introduce new products, and encourage strong performance. You will travel through your district to motivate retailers and highlight the value of Lottery participation. Your efforts will support sales growth and create positive experiences for businesses and customers. Requirements

• Four years of experience in progressively responsible sales or marketing work; or Any equivalent experience and training.
• Possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
• Abide by the prohibition guidelines and refrain from gambling in Pennsylvania casinos, or any casino outside of Pennsylvania with the same owners.
• Reside in Philadelphia County in one of the following zip codes: 19102, 19103, 19106, 19107, 19109, 19123, 19146, or 19147.
• Four or more years of sales experience.
• Four or more years of customer service experience in a sales environment.
• Able to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Able to travel in all types of weather conditions.
• Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Seek new Lottery license applicants by canvassing businesses and assisting with application requirements
• Help retailers promote Lottery tickets, identify causes of low sales, and implement successful strategies
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify accessibility and explain required improvements
• Provide instruction on ITVMs, ticket stock handling, and related reports for new and established retailers
• Coordinate product promotions, deliver marketing materials, and monitor effectiveness
• Review retailer performance, manage ticket allocations, and complete required account reviews
