The LOTO Manager will lead and manage complex electrical energy-isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities for an electrical contractor supporting a long-term project in Jeffersonville, Ohio. The role coordinates energy-isolation work across crews, employers, and work areas, ensuring energy sources are correctly identified and controlled and that field teams verify energy-control status before work begins. The role also verifies equipment ownership boundaries and energy-control responsibilities, maintains approved-plan execution records and required LOTO documentation, and coordinates corrective action for procedural discrepancies. The manager is expected to stop work when conditions are unsafe or energy-control measures are inadequate. This is a 1099 contractor position with a projected project duration from November 16, 2026, through October 30, 2027. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., approximately 50 hours per week. Compensation is $58 per hour, with a $150 daily per diem and weekly pay.
