About The Position

Doug Smith Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Technician to maintain the organization, cleanliness, and appearance of its dealership lot. The role ensures vehicles are properly prepared and displayed to create a positive impression for customers. The estimated pay is $14 per hour.

The position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Previous experience in automotive lot management or a similar role is preferred but not required. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealership lot cleanliness and order by sweeping, removing trash, and organizing vehicles.
• Move, arrange, and prepare vehicles on the lot as directed by management or sales staff.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and pick-up processes.
• Inspect vehicles regularly and report visible damage or issues to the service department.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support efficient vehicle flow and lot presentation.
• Comply with company safety policies and environmental regulations.
