About The Position

Honda of Greeley is seeking a Lot Technician to join their team. The Lot Technician will be responsible for maintaining assigned areas of the property and grounds, assisting with various errands and duties, and performing light maintenance tasks. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
• Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of similar experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
• Assists with the cleaning of vehicles for customer delivery.
• Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks, can operate plow vehicle if needed.
• Examines property for safety hazards and reports problems to Management or other appropriate staff.
• Stays up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment.
• Performs other related duties as required.
