About The Position

Hyundai of Greeley is seeking a Lot Technician to maintain assigned areas of the property and grounds while assisting with various errands and duties. This is a non-exempt (hourly) position with no supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Ability to keep the property clean and orderly.
• Good interpersonal skills with polite and courteous demeanor toward staff, customers, clients, and visitors to the property.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of similar experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs light maintenance tasks and services throughout the assigned property.
• Assists with the cleaning of vehicles for customer delivery.
• Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks, can operate plow vehicle is needed.
• Examines property for safety hazards; reports problems to Management or other appropriate staff.
• Must stay up to date on all company and manufacturer required trainings throughout employment with the company.
• Performs other related duties as required.
