About The Position

The Lot Technician is responsible for washing and detailing new and used agricultural and construction equipment. This includes performing pre-delivery washes and final inspections, maintaining a clean wash bay area, and assisting with yard and service department tasks. The role also involves basic facility maintenance and shop cleanup.

Requirements

• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely (or willingness to learn).
• Comfort working outdoors and in a wash bay environment across varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable, hardworking work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Wash and detail new and used agricultural and construction equipment (tractors, implements, utility vehicles) using pressure washers, steam cleaners, and specialized detailing supplies.
• Perform pre-delivery washes and final inspections on equipment before customer pickup or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized wash bay area, ensuring proper disposal of runoff, adherence to environmental regulations, and routine upkeep of washing equipment.
• Assist yard and service department staff with moving equipment, loading/unloading machinery, and staging inventory around the Aurora lot.
• Perform basic facility maintenance tasks and assist shop technicians with general shop cleanup as needed.
